Forrest, a multi-generational fisherman and Navy Veteran, was born and raised in Chatham, MA, where his family has over 150 years of fishing experience. Now in San Diego, he focuses on sustainably harvested, hook & line caught fish, specifically rockfish. Every fish is dispatched, thoroughly bled, and put on ice, ready for next-day delivery. Forrest is deeply committed to traceability and minimizing ecological impacts with his catch.

John has been commercial fishing for well over two decades and is a San Diego native. He fishes off our local coasts primarily with traps for California sheephead, California spiny lobster, and rockfish. Most of his catch is kept alive ensuring the utmost freshness. John values working with local chefs and is a big proponent of the fish to table movement.

Darian is a local fisherman specializing in trap, hook & line, and Portuguese longline techniques. These methods ensure fish are brought onboard fresh while minimizing damage to the catch. He targets California spiny lobster (kept alive at the docks), Pacific mackerel, rockfish, and various other species.

A lifelong angler, Wayne began his commercial fishing career at the age of 14. Today, he practices the sustainable harvest of various rockfish species using traditional hook & line methods. His operation is defined by meticulous handling and rigorous storage protocols, ensuring that every catch maintains its peak freshness and quality. Wayne is dedicated to providing the local community with premium, responsibly sourced seafood.

Michael is a next-generation, hook & line fisherman based in Oceanside. He concentrates on Pacific mackerel, Pacific sardines, and various rockfish. Quality comes first over quantity when it comes to his catch. Every fish gets immediately bled, ikejime-style, and put into an ice brine to maintain the highest level of freshness.

With more than 50 years of experience fishing our local waters, Randy has dedicated himself to the art of the catch. He first started with lobster and transitioned to rockfish for his love of hook & line fishing. Randy prioritizes freshness above all else. Every fish is packed on ice within ten minutes of being caught. This commitment to speed, including frequent same-day delivery, ensures that his rockfish truly defines "the catch of the day" for local restaurants.

Paul is a native San Diegan, next-generation fisherman targeting species such as bluefin tuna, white seabass, yellowtail, rockfish and more. He fishes with hook & line and Portuguese longline while practicing shinkejime and ikejime to maximize quality, flavor, and shelf-life of his catch.

Zachary is a next-generation fisherman that specializes in hook & line, traps, and buoy-set vertical hook gear while targeting sanddabs, rockfish, Pacific mackerel, ocean whitefish, and other species. Because of these methods, his catch is harvested in beautiful condition and most of his fish are ikejime-bled or kept alive until sale. He is deeply committed to his craft from the meticulous preparation required for each outing to developing relationships with local restaurants and customers.

Being a fourth-generation San Diegan fisherman, Shawn has had a passion for fishing from the start. He focuses on trap fishing for California spiny lobsters and rock crab and hook & line for rockfish, sanddabs, and bluefin tuna. Shawn prides himself in the careful handling of his catch. His fish are ikejime-dispatched and immediately placed on flake ice to preserve freshness and quality. Lobsters and crabs are, in most cases, delivered the same-day they’re landed.
